Speaker: Melinda Ladnier (Center Manager at AIDT Maritime Training Center)

Melinda Ladnier joined the AIDT Maritime Training Center in January of 2009, specializing in workforce development for the maritime industry.  She is currently the Center Manager; overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training center, which focuses on providing no-cost craft training for various skilled trades to support Alabama shipbuilders.

Melinda is an NCCER Master Trainer and was the first person to be awarded the Maritime Industry Safety and Health Management Certificate from the University of Alabama in 2022.
